Thermocouple molded assemblies with transition joints of molded glass-filled nylon provide an economical yet durable thermocouple probe for a variety of sensing applications. The measuring tip is limited only by thermocouple type and sheath material. Stainless steel sheaths have a amximum temperature of 1650°F (900°C) with Inconel 600 rated to 2100°F (1150°C). The calibration letter code is an integral part of the mold.

The molded miniature probe conveniently plugs directly in to most handheld thermocouple meters. The color-coded retractable cable will stretch from 12" to 48". Ideal for use with handheld meters, the grounded junction probes are also suited for applications with benchtop meters and with oscillating machines. Available in calibration codes J, K, T and E.
